In 2019 FCA continued Fulfilling the Vision.
We have continued pursuing our vision and mission through the strategy of to and through the coach. We carry out our ministry by using the methods of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.

ENGAGE
We engage coaches and athletes through genuine relationships sharing our lives and the gospel.
This happens in simple impromptu meetings with coaches at practice or in their office leading to regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings or small group huddles in the future. Events such as breakfasts or seminars are created for coaches and athletes in order to engage them and their teams. We also attend events, team media days, and games in order to engage coaches and athletes.
NE Florida ENGAGE Stories

We equip coaches and athletes to grow in Christ through God's Word and the Church.
Partnering with local churches and connecting coaches and athletes to them is God's design for discipleship (equipping). FCA also equips coaches and athletes through books, team studies, small group huddles, camps designed for athletes or coaches and their spouses, as well as 3D Coaches training seminars and curriculum.

To see FCA's vision and mission (The Great Commission) fulfilled, coaches and athletes must be empowered to become disciple makers. Coaches and athletes are given the tools necessary to lead their fellow peers into growing relationships with Jesus Christ and His Church. Disciples making disciples.
